CREATING YOUR PERSONAL ARTICLE

TAKING MEASUREMENTS
To take measurements you need another person to help you and a tape measure. Taking measurements on your own can result in inaccuracies and, as a result, a poorly fitting garment. Please measure while wearing a leotard or underwear and make sure that you stand in a natural straight position for all measurements. The tape measure should be snug at the body, allow no extra room, with no strain on the tape measure.

FABRIC COLOURS
I decided not to have a stock of my own fabrics because that gives me the possibility to offer you a wide range of different colours to choose from.
After you have placed your order I will organize the correct amount of fabric especially for you. In my opinion this is also the most sustainable way, to let you choose from a wide range of colours without having a dead stock of fabrics.
BODY HEIGHT: measure the height from the top of the head to the floor (without shoes).

CHEST: make sure the tape measure is level, parallel to the ground, around the fullest part of the chest. Take care to ensure that the tape measure is level at the back it tends to drop down.

WAIST: measure the waist where the body bends, when bending sideways.

HIPS: measure level around the fullest part of the bottom.

GIRTH: from the top of one shoulder going down the body through the crotch, and up the back to the shoulder point where you started.

ARM LENGTH: starting at the shoulder tip going down to your elbow and past it to the end of your wrist.

OUTSEAM: measure from the waist down to the ankle.

MATERIAL
For Leotards and Skirts I work with high quality Lycra and elastic net made in Italy, which are OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified.
For your personal order you can choose between matt or shiny Lycra in various colours. The elsatic net is available in the same various colours as the Lycra.
In addition to that you can also choose if you would like your leotard in a basic or premium version. The premium version offers you the advantage of a lining inside. The lining is smooth and pleasant to the skin, absorbs sweat and makes the leotard even more long lasting.

MATT COLOUR PALETTE
SHINY COLOUR PALETTE

For my Shirts I work with a very soft bamboo Jersey which I get from a german supplier.
It is a silky and lightweight fabric, which provides a pleasingly soft and cool wearing comfort. The bamboo fibre offers great wearing properties, it is highly breathable and durable, absorbs and releases moisture very quickly, is anti-bacterial and anti-static.
The fibre also offers great sustainable benefits, it is biodegradable, low-maintenance and rapidly renewable.

For Pullover Carnation I work with a very thin and slightly transparent knitted fabric which I get from a local austrian supplier, selling dead stock fabrics from the fashion industrie.
Therefor the colours are always limited, because I only get as much fabric as available at the moment.
By using dead stock fabrics, I have the possibility to offer you another option of sustainable products. I work with fabrics which has been already produced for somebody else, but did not get used. Whether they are the result of an overproduction, or the remains of a designer creation that would otherwise have to be destroyed, it is a second chance for these fabrics.
